Sex Offenders

Sex offenders use power (age, force, prestige, rank,  intelligence, etc.) to force someone else into a sexual activity to which they might not otherwise consent.

A sex offender is someone who is convicted of committing, attempting, conspiring, or soliciting to commit a sex offense.

This portion of the website focuses on teens/adolescent (mainly) and secondarily on adults.

What is considered a sex offense?

Here is a list of sex offenses...

Juvenile Sex Offenders

A juvenile or adolescent sex offender is a youth that commits a sexual offense.

Adult Sex Offenders

Some adult sex offenders require lifetime monitoring and treatment.
